total junk- flimsy

this item should get no stars: the cap i recieved was a brittle as a chocolate bar, and broke when i attempted to install this on my binoculars. was the plastic aged or just junk? no idea and am waiting for a refund from customer service. this item should not be in the catalogue as is

My original eyepiece cap split within a few months of using it, with hardly any use. I taped it up and continued to use it for years. This cover is better than the original, and seems to replace itself, due to its heavier body. Works great for my ses.

This cap for binoculars is far better than the standard that most binoculars come with today – it is quick to put on and pull off and stays in place. My only complaint is that this model is very heavy. The plastic is thick which is durable but I bet it ways at least an ounce. It could have been half as thick and it would have been much better.
