Designed for use with the Canon C70 cinema camera, this Z-Finder Cold Shoe Mount from Zacuto attaches an existing Z-Finder Pro 2.5x to the camera’s LCD screen. It mounts by sliding into the camera’s cold shoe and is secured with a 1/4″-20 screw, providing a rock-solid mounting point. The mount features a foam-padded sleeve that won’t damage or scratch your camera’s LCD, and the flip-open hinge feature gives you easy access to the LCD’s touchscreen for changing settings on the fly. Additionally, the Z-Finder will hold its position when flipped open and then lock in the closed position when you are done touching the LCD. The mount also gives you a cold shoe for mounting an additional accessory, and it incorporates a small section of NATO-compatible Z-Rail for attaching top handles.
